Every club needs targets — JK said so at the beginning of the year — so perhaps his latest target should be to avoid finishing in 11th place?
That should be enough to satisfy Mr Ellis and get the coaches contracts extended, especially as they can all now go off to New Zealand for a nice long ‘business trip’ as a reward, or ‘continuing professional development’.
Let’s hope for next season that Bristol haven’t learned their lessons from their last return to the Premiership.
My expert prognosis:-
Quins;- Two games might be alright. Two games might not be alright.
Saints:- One game might be alright. Three games might not be alright.
Worcester:- Four games might not be alright.
Northampton v Saracens Away win
Harlequins v Irish Home win
Worcester v Newcastle Away win
Gloucester v Harlequins Hmm?
