DOR or HC?

Sorry I'm getting a bit confused with what's going on here, given various comments etc in the media. Are we after a DOR or a HC? If we're after a DOR will Tofty remain as HC? If we're after an HC, will we also need / get a new DOR?

We need both.

If at first you don't succeed, Try, Try and Try again.

I'd expect that they'll get told by most candidates that their interest in the job is conditional on bringing in their own coaching staff. I expect that JK went for the job in the knowledge that of he didn't the new DoR would have seen him (and others) off the premises.

People just use the term interchangeably sometimes - and wrongly

I suspect an entirely new coaching set up. I certainly hope so!

I suspect the coaching team issue was the reason we couldn't get any other DOR's last attempt. If you were told you had to take someone else's (failing) coaching team, with two of them having never coached at this level, but your job was dependant on their outcome - what would you say?

There will be five or so coaches with very uncertain futures at the moment. Any new DOR will want his own staff. Question is, will the players resist playing in they style demanded by the new DOR or we could be in the same position again. If the new man is to be appointed before the end of May all the contract renewals will be up in the air until then.

With so much turmoil at the moment I don't see us wining our last two games.
