Catch 'em young

Do you have a brand new Saintly addition to your family? Would you like to give them a special, hand made gift and help raise funds for Saints with Heart at the same time?

I can knit hats and mitts for 0-3 month old babies in Saints colours. See the piccie below for a sample of my work.

I propose to sell these for £5 a set. I only need £2 for the cost of the wool (so I can carry on knitting more sets) and the remaining £3 will be donated to Saints with Heart.

If anyone is interested in a set, please PM me with the due date of the baby and we can arrange the exchange. (Sm36)

Can you knit for a 55 year old?....

It would take an awful lot of wool to knit a 55 year old.

Oh! Knit for a 55 year old. I'm afraid babies are an awful lot easier, Connect (Sm13)

Thanks, Cg. Much appreciated.

One set sold already, for collection Saturday and one commission in negotiation for a slightly larger version. I will knit sets for up to a 1 year old for a slightly higher price to cover the cost of the extra wool and time.

Eds - is it possible to make this a sticky for a wee while?

I am able to take more orders now if anyone wants to place one.

I also have the set on the left in the first picture ready for immediate sale. This is slightly larger than a newborn size and would suit a 3 month old baby.
