Magnificent; subtle and witty juxtaposition of the "Tigers" name with a "Tiger" pattern.

I hope that the 5-year old who won the competition got a nice prize for it.

I've no problem with the players wearing that figure enhancing item. It's those shapely souls that wear them as a fashion item that I have a problem with.

By base layer I guess they mean "thermals"....

What's the point of paying a premium for an expensive copyrighted pattern for your underwear? But maybe I'm just old and missing something...

Canterbury are doing the England kit soon as well. Hopefully they'll manage to keep from doing anything like this to plain white...

At least supporters can see that they are intent on challenging in Europe next year...

Unfortunately its only for the 'who has the nastiest shirt cup'. They have shown their intentions to try and unseat SF (Sm124).

Maybe I could suggest a psychadelic 'tigers head' warhol-style print for the euro shirts???

Is the bib on the front to catch stray food or AG(Sm63) or for those that drool over superlative play?

It's not the pattern - that's just typical creative types getting up themselves - it's that bib.

It really does look like something a 6-month old wears when eating. I just have this image of the Tigs squad all lined up in a row of high-chairs and Cockers walking down the line spoon-feeding protein shakes....

Sounts better then a home strip drawn by a colour-blind zookeeper with parkinsons.

Well, Wasps liked it so much they used it for their away shirt this year...

As suggested above, a nice duck egg blue away shirt would not be too bad... rotate with nice pink next time and light yellow after that...

Maybe not (Sm122)

Can we not just have hoops for the home shirt and maybe a gold body with a single wider black hoop, flanked with a couple of green thinner hoops for away?

It's not bad. Bath had a similar one for Europe for the past few years. That didn't kick up a fuss did it? Then again, I don't think they wore it for too many matches did they? winking smiley

I think the idea to make the stripes look like a tiger is quite inspired. the bib bit looks a bit naff though. But I guess they need somwhere for the sponsor rubbish.

One can only assume the bib look was derived from observing the ABC club eating food...

I prefer ANYTHING that Stade Francais have produced than that.

Whenever Canterbury make a shirt, it's always the name on the front which is more important then the name on the back.

Specifically, "Canterbury"

You know what, I dont mind that too much.

Bit bold and inventive. Obviously need the bit on the front for sponsors....collar etc looks better than the Burrda stuff.
And being Canterbury, it will probably be decent quality too!
