Set to miss out on the 6 nations, due to a broken leg... Maybe A Waller may get a shot???

Well if you want someone reliable then Alex is your man.

At the current rate of attrition they might be looking at Ethan before long

think Mullan is next off the bus rank isn't he?

anyway, he's on the tele a lot more so it must be him*

Would suggest Mullan and Genge are both ahead of Waller in the loosehead stakes as things stand. But Waller would get the call up for me (but I'm incredibly biased through my adoration of all things Green, Black and Gold)

Nathan Catt also ahead at the moment. Alex has slipped down the pecking order a bit.

Alex was great for us on Saturday. The Chron mentioning his error leading to a try seemed to forget his 3 important turn-overs in the first half!
But as with Myler - England's loss is our gain. Mullen and Catt are fine loose heads and Mako V is the best of the lot when fit. Not sure I rate Genge though - he's a unit but doesn't offer much in the loose - and what a wind up merchant! Triggered every after whistle skuffle against Wasps at the weekend.

I thought Genge has been very good in the loose in recent games (the Tigers scrum has also been impressive). Developing well.

i like Genge too, and think his workrate is pretty high.
and since when has it been a bad thing for a front row lad to have some edge to him!

Since Saints played in a prem final with 14 men due to our hooker's "edge" and inevitably lost?

Ma'afu decking Tom Youngs wouldn't be remembered very fondly if we'd lost that semi either.
