Things that make you go Hmmm...
I'm led to believe Ali & Rob are never coming back (Guess why?) but this is the opening of an opportunity.
Doubt it'll be taken though.

Why not go through to 2023 RWC though. Half way through seems odd even with the explanation.

I'm the opposite Laurie, I think it makes perfect sense

Eddies goal is to win the 2019 world cup and put planning in place so the next guy can pick up and continue the legacy that Eddie has created

This way Eddie gets on with his main goal, the 2019 world cup knowing that when he's done, hopefully winning that, he knows he's helped chose his successor and has 2 years to mentor that person in a role which they are unlikely to have been close to before, maintaining the momentum of a hopefully world cup winning team or at least build on a team which came close to winning the world cup.

Alternatley, Eddie has just got himself a nice big payday should it go pear shaped!***

Surely if either came back they could make changes as necessary. Wouldn't that help or am I completely down the wrong track?

Bad feelings and bad memories do not make good bed fellows.

EJ is very good at doing interviews, I think its because he is completely confident in his ability and knowledge.
Re people coming here, if they don't want to, well they are not the right people, pity but thats life. There are many who would love to come here, and we have the advantage of Gaffney to help us choose the right one. Also Smith who has fond memories, is close to the Barwell family, and has great influence in the global game.

EJ is even talked about as Lions coach for 2021, I believe the last year of the so-called new contract. If that comes to pass, then lets not forget that Gatland had a sabbatical from his Wales job. Something has to give.

As I can't guess why perhaps you could tell us or is it another example of ITK ?

great news!

Is he perfect. no. But what he has done 4 England is impressive irrespective of weakened opposition.

chalk and cheese compared to Johnson and Lancaster.

You can guess Tedge, you just choose to be obstinate and not do so...
