Transfer rumour #67 and #68

According to Fissler in the rugby paper we have made an offer for Worcester Winger Bryce Heem. If true this would be a great signing. I've been massively impressed with Heem since he moved to England, although less impressed that he scored a hattrick against earlier in the season. He says we've already signed Bassett from Wasps as well.

On Twitter Rugbyinsidelies say we have signed a loosehead prop from Ealing, Will Davis. Apparently this is to replace Campese Ma'afu who is rumoured to be released at the end of the season.

Would be pleased to see Heem join. Big, strong, fast - with two wingers supposedly incoming and one leaving I imagine we'll be saying goodbye to another maybe.

Don't know anything about Will Davis, but Ealing are going well at the moment simply unable to compete with the money at Brizzle.

He seems a good player, would be a pleasing signing & Bassett if true. Another winger must be leaving us as mentioned else buying two wingers wouldn’t make sense! Have no idea about the prop signed, It would be nice to hear of some top quality forwards being signed up. Can’t say that wingers would be on the top of my shopping list but none the less good signings if true.

Decent signings.. I think the important news this season is to who will be leaving. We had a decent number leave last season and suspect a similar number this.

2 big strong direct wingers, Bryce v impressive offloading game too. Again any just slightly sub premium Kiwi back will do well in the Prem.

Will davis very good scrummager, came through bris academy and been going really well for Ealing this year. Dismantled our scrum earlier this season although admittedly wasn't our first choice front row.

Heem would be a very good signing, if there is any truth in it.
The additions of him and Bassett would be good recruitment IMO.
Heard a few bits and pieces about the Prop, which are pretty positive.

Just hope our recruitment in the forwards is clever and addresses the problems we currently have.

As well as the replacement of players out of contract.

We've been playing full backs on both our wings for most of the season... An extra winger is definitely required, regardless as to whether anyone else is off.
