Whats really wrong is that RU still has ridiculous laws that give sides a possible 3 pts for technical offences. How can wheeling a scrum be a direct pen ? Similalarly 'crossing' an indirect pen NOT a kickable one. Entering a ruck from the side... The list is v long. Until the IRB sort this out then games can be won & lost by the last bizarre decision. Has that 'pen' been indirect one & had LI conjured up a spectacular passing move to score a try, there would be no complaints. But because its a kick we all get wound up. If you think I am being 'blue eyed' then anyone sat near me knows I always say it was harsh when Sale get a gift 3 pts from any of these decisions in games at EP. I just like to see the side that plays the best rugby win the game. a good example being Tiggers at EP this season, it hurt at the time, but they deserved the win.
