Perhaps you can read the latter part of the third post on this thread by posted by H's Dad. In the latter part this quotes VERBATIM an interview Neale Harvey had with Steve Diamond after the game in question, which SD agrees is ON THE RECORD.
Colin Boag works for the very same paper, RP, as Neale Harvey and so has probably based his article on the contents in this very same article. SD said "Quote it" and agreed that the interview was"ON THE RECORD"
So how come and by what logical procedure can you view this as opinionated? When it appears to have been made on recorded facts.
The fact CB has never been to EP has nothing to do with it at all.

However it does appear he is "up to speed" with his comments.
