Not sure how technology would assist with a wheeled scrum. I'm not sure I even accept SD's view that the wheeled scrum has gone out of the game. With a minute to go a wheeled scrum is still a potential delaying tactic as if you have to keep re-setting the scrum the clock ticks away, even if the opposition keep hold of the ball.

Can't understand why anyone would think it is acceptable to make those comments about a ref in a press conference, whatever his views are they should be vented through the proper channels.
