Leicester played well and we didnít.

We were off the pace and our quality dropped today and you canít do that against good teams.

The half time score flattered us although we were still in the game, but Leicester were the better team on the day and deserved to win.

Our scrum struggled and the line out was arguably worse. Without a decent set piece it makes it very difficult to win matches. I was concerned about our front row holding up against Leicesterís 1-3 and so it proved but a lot of teams would struggle against England internationals and Lions.

However, it is only one game and if we get back to how we can play it will soon be forgotten.

Top teams play well consistently and thatís what we have to aspire to do if we want to compete at the right end of the Premiership

We are still in a good position in the league and in Europe and I am enjoying this start to the season more so than for many years.
