Where is the question:
"Black 7 has just entered a ruck from an offisde position for the umpteenth time in the match and proceeded, what do you award:
a) penalty to nz
b) penalty to nz with yellow card to opposition
c) if it is very blatant then friendly chat with black 7 asking him nicely not to do it again and warning him that if he repeats same offence you will have to sin bin him, before walking off chuckling at the absurdity of the threat and the chance of you ever going through with it"
Think I'm missing the point, if Black 7 was offside why award a penalty to NZ? Surely it should go to the opposition or is this a dig at refs siding with the ABs?
