We will have to wait a whole month to see the first team back in action at Goldington Road ... what a way to run a business.
Trailfinders will visit on February 25th and let's hope we have got our act together before then in games against Richmond and Rotherham - the only two sides below us in the Championship now that Welsh have gone.
We will have to ensure we get off to better starts than we did against high flying Doncaster who fully deserved their 40-22 win.
Any hopes we had disappeared when they went into an early 19 point lead, although we did stick at it and deserved the bonus point for four tries thanks to Dean Adamson (2) and one each for Tom James and Pat Tapley.
A suggestion, fill the gap with a visit to the A's when they play Hartbury on 11th February. Quality rugby on display too, I mean a very good and reliable set piece (obviously well coached) and some quality backs with pace. Jones, remember him, he's having a very good season (I'm still puzzled by that departure). This will be a top of the table clash, with home advantage to the A's it should be a cracker.
Iron blue, I've heard others say the same, then again I know quite a few that have season tickets but can no longer be bothered. They've had enough of going home feeling depressed. What was the attendance Saturday?
This was my first year as a season ticket holder, I went to the recent free lunch on my table there were eight of us I think only two were certain to renew their season tickets.
It seemed to be a combination of poor performances on the pitch, the disjointed season caused by the B&I Cup and lack communication..........inconsistent team selection featured highly on the negatives as well......along with where to go to watch rugby next season...
I donít no why I am writing this.......nobody in charge is listening......I doubt if anybody cares.......

Compo - The man at the top should care very much if a large number of people who currently have season tickets are feeling the same. This will undoubtedly lead to reduced season ticket sales for 17/18, impact being reduced cash flow pre season. Then you have those that won't turn up on the day to pay, it is an expensive day out after all, so can you blame them either, I think not. Time for change, even if it is only half way through the season.
