My World Cup XV and British World Cup XV

After a fantastic World Cup, myself and Mike Pearce a respected journalist, who can be found on Twitter @MPsportsdragon, have selected our own World Cup XV's based on performances in the World Cup by respective positions and also a British World Cup XV.     First up is my respective teams, and in the next few days I will publish Mike's line ups, please feel free to comment or share your own teams.  Been so many outstanding performances this World Cup, selection has been difficult, but I have come up with the following.
