England are through to the Cup quarter-finals at the Vancouver 7s after a late try from Dan Norton rescued a draw in their final pool game against South Africa and maintained their unbeaten start.
Simon Amor's side will now face New Zealand in the last eight at the latest HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series event after they finished second in pool A.
Norton had opened the scoring against South Africa who led 7-5 at the break through Rosko Specman's converted try.
Dylan Sage crossed to give them a 12-5 lead before Norton crossed in the final 30 seconds with Tom Mitchell's conversion levelling the match and earning a draw. For Norton it was his 241st try on the World Series as he moved closer to all-time leading scorer Collins Injera (243).
