It must be some kind of record in Premiership Rugby - Glaws select an unchanged starting XV for the third time in a row as we face Rifles Cup rivals Bristol at Kingsholm (Saturday 4.30) ..
That means the coaches have resisted the temptation to interrupt some much better performances by automatically recalling the international contingent on their return.
So Greg Laidlaw and Ross Moriarty will have to be content with places on the bench. James Hook will continue at full back as he edges towards the rapidly filling Kingsholm departure lounge.
Sadly it's a bottom of the table local derby but that won't make any difference - it will still be muck and bullets and local pride at stake with the added factor that Brizz desperately need the pointss and we are eager to open up the gap between ourselvces and the bottom place our visitors currently occupy. With Wuss down there as well its not a good time for West Country rugby.
