All of a sudden things are much happier in The Shed. At last Glaws showed what they are capable of in despatching Sarries and now this week's trip to the Ricoh doesn't look anywhere near as daunting ..

The 31-23 win under lights was the most entertaining of the season and for once we stood firm in the last quarter as Sarries mounted a comeback only for Richard Hibbard to clinch the win.

Jeremy Thrush's try was probably the more enjoyable though as he romped home in some style! Gloucesters Jeremy Thrush scores a try during the Aviva Premiership match at the Kingsholm Stadium,

And the best news of the night was that Billy Burns wasn't badly injured after putting his head in the wrong place.

This week's game is on Sunday which gives the lads plenty of time to recover from their efforts.

Wasps will have less time to reorganise themsleves after an unexpected but deserved win for Sale yesterday.

The Glaws coaches will have been looking closely as the Mancunians powered to a big half time lead and held on to triumph 34-28.
