Team For Wasps

Billy Burns

The team just about picks itself for once this week. After last week's stunner against Sarries we travel to Wasps on Sunday with just two enforced changes .. and fortunately Billy Burns fit to start ..

Salesi Ma'afu was injured last week so Paul Doran-Jones comes in while Ross Moriarty is needed by Wales so Lewis Ludlow starts in his place.

It'll be a toughie. We beat Wasps 36-18 back in November but they've gone on to lead the Premiership despite losing in a thriller at Sale last week.

The Mancunians blew Wasps away in the first half with some great running rugby and, on paper, we have the players who can do the same.

Gloucs: 15. Tom Marshall; 14. Charlie Sharples, 13. Matt Scott, 12. Billy Twelvetrees, 11. David Halaifonua; 10. Billy Burns, 9. Willi Heinz (capt); 1. Josh Hohneck, 2. Richard Hibbard, 3. Paul Doran-Jones; 4. Tom Savage, 5. Jeremy Thrush; 6. Lewis Ludlow, 7. Jacob Rowan, 8. Ben Morgan

Reps: 16. Motu Matu'u, 17. Yann Thomas, 18. John Afoa, 19. Mariano Galarza, 20. Sione Kalamafoni, 21. Callum Braley, 22. James Hook, 23. Henry Trinder

Wasps give a home debut to Willie Le Roux and  other change to last Sunday’s defeated team sees Joe Simpson start at scrum half.

Wasps: 15. Kurtley Beale 14. Christian Wade 13. Jimmy Gopperth 12. Kyle Eastmond 11. Willie Le Roux 10. Danny Cipriani 9. Joe Simpson 1. Matt Mullan (capt)
2. Tommy Taylor 3. Jake Cooper-Woolley 4. Matt Symons 5. James Gaskell 6. Ashley Johnson 7. Thomas Young 8. Alex Rieder

Reps: 16 Carlo Festuccia 17. Simon McIntyre 18. Marty Moore 19. Will Rowlands 20. Jack Willis 21. Dan Robson 22. Alapati Leiua  23. Josh Bassett
