Last Ditch Bonus Point

By New Cherry

A last minute try from Henry Purdy and conversion from Owen Williams gave us the bonus point we deserved against a Pau side who gratefully accepted the chances we gave them ....

The 27-21 scoreline against a top French side was a decent result for an unfamilar looking Glaws - specially when the home side raced into a 20-0 lead. Daniel Ramsay intercepting Callum Braley's pass to score the first try of the night then Benson Stanley sent Colin Slade racing to the posts.

When we steadied the ship Ruan Ackermann and Ben Vellacott got us back inthe game only for Frank Halai tio get another breakaway.
