Dare We Dream

Moriarty

Up to fifth in the league and just eight points from top with bottom club Irish due to visit this weekend. With a fair wind we could be third and who knows ..

The clubs just above us are Tigers, Bath and Sarries. Tigers have a tricky trip to Wasps while Sarries are at leaders Exeter and Sarries are at Quins.

If our defence continues as it did at Newcastle - where the home side had lots of ball and never looked like having any space to do anything withh it we are building the foundations of success.

Then 29-7 win wasn't pretty but the pnly team which showed any invention was Glaws and we have the firepower  to unlcok any defence.

It is all lookinh good despite the  news that Ross Moriarty is off at the end of the seson. The offy site says very little about it and says there won't be any more comment.

Ross is off to Dragons when his contract expires and it looks like it will be under a cloud. Apparently he went on social media to indicate that he was unhappy with the way the club was handling the renewal of his existing one.

He will be missed.
