Away We Go

Jake Polledri

Our unbeaten home record went and now we have to travel in the quarter final of the Challenge Cup. However, there can be no complaints that Pau did not deserve their  34-24 win which kept them at the top of the pool.

Jeremy Thrush put Gloucs in front but Pau kep knocking us back withn exwentcellent rish defence and they went ahead when Steffon Armitage scored from a line-out on the stroke of half-time. Looked offside to most of us.

The French always looked the most threatening and slick finishing earned tries for Frank Halai, Lourens Adriaanse and Daniel Ramsay while we had to settle for finishes from Callum Braley and Jake Polledri
