Race Hots Up

Braley

Five points against out of sorts Quins is a must if we are stay in contention. With just three games left we've slipped to seventh but are only five points behind third placed Tigers.

Quins arrive after being hammered by doomed Irish last week - a result which was followed by the departure of DoR John Kingston.

We will have to be prepared for a strong reaction from a proud club, and we make a number of changes some of which are enforced. Willi Heinz and Owen Williams are both injured so we will start with Callum Braley and Billy Burns at half back.

Most of the changes are in the backs with Jason Woodward returning at full-back, Henry Trinder will be on the left wing for his 100th appearance and Billy Twelvetrees will be at outside centre.

Gloucs: 15. Jason Woodward; 14. Charlie Sharples, 13. Billy Twelvetrees, 12. Mark Atkinson, 11. Henry Trinder; 10. Billy Burns, 9. Callum Braley; 1. Josh Hohneck, 2. James Hanson, 3. John Afoa; 4. Ed Slater (captain.), 5. Jeremy Thrush; 6. Jake Polledri, 7. Lewis Ludlow, 8. Ben Morgan

Reps: Motu Matu'u, Paddy McAllister, Fraser Balmain, Tom Savage, Freddie Clarke,  Ruan Ackermann, Ben Vellacott,  Tom Hudson
