Twelvetrees

By New Cherry
October 5 2018

The present regime looks determined to build a settled side with only one change form the starting XV which went down to Quins at Kingsholm last week ..

Billy Twelvetrees takes over from Henry Trinder in the centre with Owen Williams coming in on the bench.

It'll be a difficult task at Wasps speciallyif we keep on giving the ball away. That's the area identified by Johan Ackermann this week as the reason for our poor resukts in the last couple of games, and he knows we can't afford to do it against the dangerous runners  which Wasps will field.

Gloucs: 15 Tom Hudson; 14. Charlie Sharples, 13. Billy Twelvetrees, 12. Mark Atkinson, 11. Matt Banahan; 10. Danny Cipriani, 9. Ben Vellacott; 1. Josh Hohneck, 2. James Hanson, 3. Fraser Balmain; 4. Ed Slater (captain), 5. Gerbrandt Grobler; 6. Jake Polledri, 7. Lewis Ludlow, 8. Ben Morgan

Reps:  Franco Marais,  Alex Seville, Ciaran Knight, Freddie Clarke, Gareth Evans,  Callum Braley, Owen Williams,  Jason Woodward

Wasps have only lost one league game so far but make eight changes to the side which won at Falcons next week. There's a new front row and fly half and Christian Wade is back

Wasps: 15 Rob Miller 14 Christian Wade 13 Elliot Daly (Capt) 12 Juan de Jongh 11 Josh Bassett 10 Billy Searle 9 Dan Robson 1 Ben Harris 2 Tommy Taylor 3 Kieran Brookes 4 Will Rowlands 5 James Gaskell 6 Ashley Johnson 7 Nizaam Carr 8 Nathan Hughes

Reps:Tom Cruse, Zurabi Zhvania, Will Stuart, Kearnan Myall, Thomas Young, Craig Hampson, Michael Le Bourgeois, Gaby Lovobalavu
