Injured Players Return

Ruan Ackermann

Remeber the Premiership? Well the good news is it's back with the visit of Exeter on Friday night and the return of a number of long term Glaws injury victims ...

Ruan Ackermann, Tom Marshall and Jason Woodward all make welcome returns as we look for consistency and a top four finish after some poor results since the last league game in the New Year.

With Sarries also visiting next week, the return of these three plus hooker James Hanson is more than welcome - the latter will be among the changes.

Ackermann, who has been out since early November, will be at openside, Marshall hasn't played since mid-October and comes in on the wing while  Woodward returns at full back after his injury at Newcastle Falcons just before Christmas.

Gloucester: 15.Jason Woodward; 14. Tom Marshall, 13. Billy Twelvetrees, 12. Mark Atkinson, 11. Ollie Thorley; 10. Danny Cipriani, 9. Willi Heinz (captain); 1. Josh Hohneck, 2. Franco Marais, 3. Fraser Balmain; 4. Tom Savage, 5. Franco Mostert; 6. Freddie Clarke, 7. Ruan Ackermann, 8. Ben Morgan.

Reps: James Hanson, Paddy McAllister,  Ciaran Knight,  Gerbrandt Grobler,  Lewis Ludlow, Callum Braley,  Owen Williams,. Matt Banahan
