The new magic lantern is up and running

At last the replacement scoreboard has been installed at Brickfields and very exciting it is.   The insurance for the previous scoreboard which came to an untimely end in the high winds earlier this year, the same weather which smashed up the screen in front of the players changing rooms no doubt, which has now been rebuilt,  has been sorted with new cables laid and connected and all programed.

I'm sure you were all impressed with the outcome, it even has a clock giving the count down of the remaining time left for play with the capacity to be stopped when time off is called.

One thing impressed me is the ability to show a photograph of someone who's birthday it might be along with an announcement of the individual, just like the scoreboards in bigger stadia that you see on the television. I guess you could also have your company advertised or a family event announced on here as well, now that's a thought. Why not check it out with the club if your interested ?

Sorry I didn't get a photo of the final score but the battery on my camera ran low.

I think it was a £1 off, if not then I paid too much.

The robot on a handcar is from a video entitled Twit Twit, it is one of the pre-installed screen savers/demo videos that came with the scoreboard. Anyone who has any ideas of other videos they wish to see on the board e-mail the club.

A video named Twit Twit starring a robot on a handcar?

Given the popularity of CGI dominated cinema, shouldn't Albion be giving greater prominence of this attraction at Brickfields? This could be the key to a great resurgence of crowds at the home of Plymouth rugby.

I am proud to offer a video of a washing machine with a thought provoking melange of fast moving brightly coloured socks. I don't have a title yet but could it be shown on the new screen?
I am also working on a feature length documentary of a macaque monkey with a DD size bra strapped to its back. It's working title is 'I want to grow up to be a camel. (That is the title of the film, not the monkey.)
Answers on a postcard - not the scoreboard please.

We are really excited about your socks in a washer project, we propose to cast Angelina Jolie as the frustrated homemaker waiting for her laundry to finish when she notices that 1 white tube sock has somehow also entered the load! Will it turn pink? The initial budget will be $2.5 million, with a release scheduled for summer 2015. Levy D Lipman III, Hd of new ideas
