The team boss of Ford's World Rally Championship team has mentioned he wishes for current Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen, to move to rallying after his Formula 1 career ends. Malcolm Wilson has even mentioned he is willing to offer Raikkonen a test in the team's Ford Focus WRC. This is what he had to say:

"I'd offer him a test, it'd be a great opportunity for us."

While Kimi himself has commented on a future in rallying, a sport which he most certainly enjoys, current rally racer Sebastien Lobbe is not so certain Raikkonen could easily make it. The four-time World Champion thinks the change will be difficult for Kimi, but suspects he will adapt:

"With the talent he has and with some practice he will adapt and find the feeling. I would welcome [him] because it's good to have big names coming into rallying."
