Leicester Tigers went to a sunny Watford on Sunday 19 April 2009 to play Saracens in week 21 of the Guiness Premiership 2009 season.The game wet to the wire with the last kick of the game from Sam Vesty - see the last couple of match photo's for that final kick and a close up of the player's reaction.

I got the lonnnnnnng lens out for the day: 105 to 300mm (that would be about 150 - 450 mm on a 35mm camera), and sat behind the posts, so I could get the action wherever it was (except behind heads and goal posts!!).
For the fellow snappers - the camera was set on 400ASA, 'A' (apperture priority) set to about f4.5, white balance changed to 'sunny day', and let the camera take care of the rest.

Older and Evil-er but none the wiser
I got the lonnnnnnng lens out for the day: 105 to 300mm (that would be about 150 - 450 mm on a 35mm camera), and sat behind the posts, so I could get the action wherever it was (except behind heads and goal posts!!).

Good light conditions help as well, that is my main problem at WR esp in the winter months, with my "limited" camera.
