Harlequins hosted the Leicester Tigers in Week-02 of the 2010 season. Tigers were looking for their first win of the new season after losing to Sale at in Stockport the previous week. Quins were also looking for their first premiership points of the season after a disastrous start against Wasps, where they had to play for most of the game with only 14 men.
