Is Captaincy too much for George and having a negative effect upon his game?

This team needs to be at its best in the north west.

Who would you have instead, given no Toomua and OTY not a starter?

and there's the rub! I don't think George is a good captain and suspect he is distracted from his game by it. Ben is the only other option ?

TBH Ben Youngs makes more sense than George IMO.

BOC captained his province didn't he?

Once again we have the better looking players on the team sheet, but I fully expect another depressing visit to the NW given our lack of nouse/spirit/gameplay/basic skills.

BOC? Tait even?

IMVHO, OTY good as a club captain but not so good on the pitch. Plus, as a front row forward, is not very likely to be on the pitch for a whole game. And YBY was never at his best as captain either.

Have Tigers perhaps got the same problem as England? A leck of leaders (captains) on the pitch?

Joe Ford? No disrespect to the lad, but he has proved that he is not really of Prem standard, so why is he on the subs bench?

No. I think England have a few more than Tigers, Farrell, Otoje and Billy V spriinga to mind whereas there is a bit of a dirge in Tigers. Can see Ford and Toomua getting picked as captain when the other is not available. Not sure how well they play together and as captain when they are both on the pitch.
Maybe George may prove we’re wrong this weekend?

I do not care if Sarris turn to tomorrow.

The only thing that matters is that TIGERS turn up and take all the points.

We are not in the playoffs for the first time, failure not to to be in the Champions Cup next season would be very serious, with possible falling attendances resulting falling revenue.
