What got you hooked on the Warriors?My flat mate in my first year of uni, Raj, was a tigger. This was 2003, so I watched the world cup and premiership down the pub. I looked at all the various leagues and saw my home town roaring their way to the prem. Thought it MUST be fate!!!!!!!
Best Warriors game?Beating Wasps first time, just to see my previously cocky (wasps fan) housemate’s face!!!
Favourite Warriors Moment?Unusual one, Saracens at home in the second season. Pushover try disallowed. So we just went and did it again exactly the same to win with the penultimate play. That game had everything. The last gasp win, lovely weather, a great seat for once! And sitting by a sarries fan and enjoying the banter. Really what the game is about!
Best Current Warriors Player?Rico Gear, as a fellow 14. But Greg Rawlinson is shooting up the list rapidly!
Best ever Warriors Player?Urm, well to be honest, exposed as the newbie here….in my experience Pat has just shown every quality a captain should. Taken everything that the worlds thrown at him with dignity, and come out fighting each time.
Dream Warriors Player?Oh come on…you know my answer to that!
If you won a Million what would you spend it on:House in the lake district, my favourite part of the world, and Ferrari 250 GT ‘California’ to drive there in. Not much change from a million there!!!!
Who would you most like to meet:Damon Hill. Seems like a properly decent bloke.
