Paul arrived at the Arms Park in the summer of 2007 from New Zealand outfit Tarinaki, having also played for Super 14 side The Hurricanes. He quickly established himself as a fan favourite with a series of barnstorming performances, while forming a formidable partnership with long-serving clubman Deiniol Jones. In 2 more years, Tito will be eligible to play for Wales, and I certainly wouldn't bet against it happening!
This season sees him take over the captaincy from compatriot Xavier Rush, having previously captained Tarinaki, Hurricanes, New Zealand U20's and the NZ Maouri. With Tito being the last Cardiff captain at the famous Cardiff Arms Park, it means that fans chants take on extra meaning, with the vociferous ‘TEE-TOE' set to rock the ground for one more year yet.
