Wing Biography: At a time when rugby was being dominated more and more by big physical players, the Ospreys flyer set World rugby alight with two brilliant performances in the World cup. "Ickle" danced his way around the defences of the tournament favourites New Zealand and England, to leave them red faced and make his way into many pundits and fans World cup XV's. Williams was probably only an after thought for Steve Hansen's World cup squad, having been in the international wilderness for two years, despite having a try a game ratio in international rugby.
