England's Autumn Internationals 2009 Fixturs - Sponsored again by Investec. Investec the international specialist banking group announced today that it is to continue its association with English rugby, through the further sponsorship of the Investec Challenge Series, England Rugby's autumn international matches.

14 November 2009 - England v Argentina

21 November 2009 - England v New Zealand

28 November 2009 - England v Fiji


The sponsorship will continue through to 2011 when England will play their Investec Challenge Rugby World Cup warm up matches before departing for RWC 2011 in New Zealand.

The Investec Challenge Series sees England play against New Zealand, Australia and South Africa as well as the Pacific Islanders, Fiji, Samoa and Argentina.

Investec's involvement with the RFU dates back to 1998 when Investec sponsored the England v South Africa match.Investec has been sponsoring the Investec Challenge Series since 1999.

Raymond van Niekerk, Global Head of Marketing at Investec, said "We are pleased to continue our sponsorship of England Rugby, who we have supported over the past ten years. The quality of rugby and intensity of competition between England and the visiting southern hemisphere teams is spectacular, and sets the tone for the challenges England will face in the next Rugby World Cup. Rugby is aligned with our specialist banking focus and it is a fantastic platform for Investec to strengthen brand awareness in our three main geographies, the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia."
