England take on Wales at Twickenham the ‘Home of Rugby’ this Saturday, and with no disrespect to Italy..........  well this match just feels like a big one!

Six Nations 2018

England v Wales

Venue: Twickenham Date: Saturday, 10 February

Kick-off: 16:45 GMT - Live on  ITV

Whenever we play any of the home nations home or away my stomach takes a lurch with anxiety, because the rivalry is so much more intense.

Last week against Italy we had 48% of possession and territory equally; we will have to do much better than that against Wales.  Wales will be looking to strike quickly and put England on the back foot from the off.   England have this awful habit of starting slow, so I do hope they have worked on that mentally this week.

And some stats., for you.....Richard Wigglesworth is the oldest player in this squad whilst Sam Underhill who is on the bench is the youngest.

Also............Danny Care born 02/01/1987 (31 years old) (77caps) and his Six Nations debut was against Ireland  28-Feb-09.  Danny becomes England's most capped scrum-half, winning his 78th cap to overtake World Cup winner Matt Dawson.

"Danny Care very much deserves the honour of being the most capped England scrum-half and I am sure he'll make the most of his opportunity on Saturday," said Head Coach Eddie Jones.

Well all I can say is, Good Luck to everyone in the England camp as I feel Saturday’s match will be  very tough and even tougher for the fans watching.   Oh! Gawwd there goes my stomach again
