England v Australia Cook Cup - November 18 Autumn Int.,

England take on Australia for the Cook Cup in the final Autumn International 2018.    I have to say, unless they put out their 'A' team from the start, well England might just be toast at the end of the match.    This is also England's final game before the start of next year's Rugby World Cup year.  We will of course have the Six Nations which will be huge  and will set the trend going forward.

Twickenham - kick off 3pm - Live on Sky Sports

England just beat South Africa, lost by one point to New Zealand, and woke up in the second half against Japan to win.  BUT none of this was easy, it has not really put English fan's hearts at ease going into next year.

The Australian's have been struck down with a sickness bug picked up in Italy but they say this won't affect the squad's  preparations.  Let's hope so because England need a good Australia to play against.

England centre Manu Tuilagi is set to make his long-anticipated Test return after being named on the bench to face Australia at Twickenham on Saturday.

Jamie George is picked ahead of co-captain Dylan Hartley at hooker, while Owen Farrell starts at fly-half with Ben Te'o and Henry Slade the centres.   Bath's Joe Cokanasiga is on the wing in place of the injured Jack Nowell.

Eddie said:-  "We've picked our best 23 for the Australia game. We know they have a unique style of attack so our ability to defend that is going to be important," "I'm really happy with the direction we're going in terms of the way we play the game. We are developing a unique style of rugby, which is English and the players are proud to play that way."
