England's Rugby World Cup - Celebration Week

One year ago, England set out on the final part of their adventure down under to the Land of Oz and came away with the glittering prize all rugby nations want, the William Webb Ellis Trophy known affectionately  as 'Bill'.

The Final match between England and Australia on the 22nd November 2003,  was edge of the seat stuff and both teams fought it out through normal time, then extra time and then in the last dying moments of the match we had the decider a precise drop goal by Jonny Wilkinson.  England had finally won the Rugby World Cup and I along with many others jumped up and down like a maniac and then just cried with emotion - Yes It meant that much to me!

Many of the fans this week will be watching the video again or going to Twickenham HQ for their big screen re-running of the match but wherever you are this week - let us remember the team and management who brought it about and lift a glass of toast to them .

Well Done England  and now some pictures to remember it all by:-
