England Sevens Coach Mike Friday has named a strong squad of 15 ahead of this month's Rugby World Cup Sevens in Hong Kong England 7s RWC Squad England 7s Capt AmorTalks Unfortunately England were knocked out of the Melrose Cup in the Semi Finals by Fiji score 24-19. Fiji reign supreme, Fiji claimed their second RWC Sevens title in an amazing show of power and strength, defeating New Zealand 29-19, capping off a fairytale ending to the tournament for captain Waisale Serevi. Well done Fiji!

Our Claire was astonished to find this information out when she and BT had a fall out??? – Posters who visit our site, the list of countries is impressive – Ireland, Sweden, France, the Netherlands are the continental European representatives. Fiji, Australia and New Zealand are the Australasian representatives. In South America, we have visitors from Argentina, whilst from North America, we have posters arriving from both Canada and the USA. In Asia, we have visitors from Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan.
England PRA -Benz knees? Mercedes-Benz will continue to sponsor the PRA Mercedes-Benz Young Player of the Year Award at the end of season PRA Rugby Players Awards Dinner being held on May 11th in central London. This award is currently held by Bath and England’s Olly Barkley.

Five venues across the country – in Warwick, London, Newbury, Bristol and Newcastle – are hosting the three-day courses launched in a joint initiative between the Rugby Football Union and the World Cup winning England captain.
Martin Johnson’s Rugby Camps aim to teach both boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 18 what it takes to be a winner, and give them the tools to build a lifetime of success in the game
