Martin Johnson’s Rugby Camp Coaching Staff
Nationwide - Temporary/Part Time
Salary: £275 per camp plus benefits
(includes attendance at compulsory pre-camp meeting)
The Rugby Football Union is looking to appoint rugby coaches to staff the 2006 Martin Johnson Summer Camps.
About the Job
- To deliver high quality coaching to young people in the 11-16 age group at Martin Johnson’s Rugby Camps.
- To take a professional approach in the planning, preparation and organisation of coaching sessions.
- To provide positive feedback and action plans to young people to enable them to develop as rugby players
About You
- Will have experience of coaching children and young people.
- Should hold an RFU coaching qualification (preferred Level 2).
- Should be a current or former rugby player and have a good knowledge and understanding of the game.
- Must be a confident and effective communicator and have the ability to motivate yourself and others, as well as working effectively as a team member.
- Current driving license and own transport.
- RFU approved 1st Aid certificate – preferred.
- Possess a current and valid enhanced CRB disclosure certificate
