England Rugby February 2006 in Review and at times not good reading! Yes we have had a good and our bad moments this month but not many laughs on the way!

England Rugby February 06 - In Review!

England Rugby - February 2006 - Well the RBS Six Nations is in full swing, shame we can't say the same about England, I would say more in dire straits!

Again a busy month with lots happening, kicking us off again was Ed Budge who felt the need for a Disclaimer!!

Disclaimer: This article will not make reference to the squad named for the Wales encounter this weekend. My murderous anger does not belong in print.

For starters, it cannot be worse than last year. In fact, if England's performance in this year's VI Nations championship even approaches last season's calamitous fourth-placed finish, then we can forget it. The lot of it. Forget retaining the World Cup, forget restoring pride, forget forgetting the past. To be brutally frank, forget English rugby altogether if Andy Robinson's team finish any lower than second. England Twickenham Diary - I have taken a trip down memory lane here and reviewed a Diary that I did for the Falcons site a few years back. This was one of my adventures to Twickenham in 2002 - Looking at it now, well it made me laugh and it also brought back great memories.   Twickenham Diary - Re Run

Well England kicked off against Wales at Twickenham and Lewis reviewd the match for us. ----  "Let’s not beat about the bush. Wales were very poor today. Messrs Thomas and Peel tried there hardest to get their team going, but they couldn’t manage it. Wales were missing some great players, Shanklin, Jones, and that one who shaves his legs and wears fake tan, so maybe the scoreline was a little bit harsh, but England in 2003 showed that to win a world cup, you need massive strength in depth. Wales won’t win the world cup".     More here.....   England vs Wales Match Review 06
