The panel announced this morning that Pertemps Bees' initial appeal against a decision made by FDR in January this year had not been subject to a valid review by FDR.

The panel have asked FDR to conduct a review of Pertemps Bees' appeal within the next seven days. Pertemps Bees have the right of a further and final appeal to the RFU competitions committee.

The appeal relates to the National League One game between Pertemps Bees and Cornish Pirates in January. Cornish Pirates were deducted three of the four points they took from their victory by FDR for a breach of FDR Regulation 6.3 and RFU Game Regulations 7.3.1.  The regulations relate to the number of front row forward replacements required to cover for the first and second instances of props or hookers being injured, sin-binned or sent-off in National One matches.'
