ERE Hits The Million Mark
By Glen Leat May 31 2008
What a season for supporters of Bath Rugby: winning some silverware after a lean spell of ten years, playing fantastic rugby, qualifying for the European Cup (proper) and, after six years of ERE being on Sportnetwork, finally hitting the magic number of One Million page impressions in a month. We got within 95,000 back in January but we've finally reached seven digits.

For those of you Statty-type folk the exact number of page impressions for the month of May was 1,015,171 - pretty impressive and something of which I am immensely proud. This season's stats are as follows:

This season has seen a bit of a water-shed within ERE, with the introduction of a number of regulars contributing stories and my thanks go to them all, including: Nicola Curtis, Josh Hawken, Mike James, John Baysting, Rob Holman, Juliet Bletso, Alastair Beaven, Giles White as well as excellent contributions from C'monbath, Pogel and Stir Crazy.

ERE wouldn't be the same with Louisa's daily media and injury updates and I'm grateful for Darius keeping a careful eye on the Messageboard whilst I'm at work.

Gareth and Bod add a bit of spice and the expert advice about anything and everything is often quite amazing. Want to know where to buy something, stay whilst abroad or how to obtain some obscure fact? ERE is likley to provide the answer - amazing!

But most important of all is the friendships that have been created through the Messageboard, either virtual or real, to me this sums up the Bath Rugby family ethos we have all enjoyed for many years.

Have a good summer but don't disappear because there is always something going on and we'll always have an opinion.
