Bees -v- Moseley
By Sarah Tunney
August 19 2004
Its a bit late and not the best report but still here it is anyway. Not too sure about the score as its more than I could count on my fingers ;o) and local press stay we won 59 - 19 and teletext says we won 64 - 18!

Any Bees fans who didn’t get to see the new Bees players in their 36 – 10 win over Stourbridge had a treat as they got too see the feast of tries as the Bees come out winners.

New signings Tim Walsh and Scott Williams impressed in both of the Pre-Season games and look like players to watch, while Bees favourite Hese Fakatou also showed he’s going to make the selection process tough this season as he scored three of the nine Bees tries.

Although there was no real threat from the Moseley squad, they did put pressure on Bees as we gave away a few penalties.  The Moseley side also scored three tried, two coming from former Bees centre Nathan Bressington.

Overall, you can never read too much into pre-season friendlies however, the game was preparation before the Wales mini-tour and Newcastle game.
