Pirates 24 Welsh 28

Dragons begin well. Succumb to two Jackson breakaway tries and lose way when Boy from Bude sets up Havili for excellent third. Pirates lead 24-6 HT. Visitors suffer early blow as Brown goes off on stretcher but upped ante pays when Bonner-Evans scores on 50. 24-11. Plenty of time for Pirates to respond you would think?

Bentley's touch radar goes awol.

Shabbo upsets Wayne - Bye!

Welsh turn up the wick regardless as Gower adds second try 24-18 even though his mates are dropping like flies.

Pirates still haven't made the Welsh 22 successfully.

Thomas piles over with 4 mins remaining. Ross converts to complete remarkable comeback 24-28.

CP's MoM, Doherty darts into Welsh 22, to surprise everyone and avoid nosebleed. But to no avail.

Wayne puts an end to the misery. Pub!
