After that the squad, which also includes Moseley’s James Rodwell, will travel to South Africa for round two on December 5 and 6.
Earnshaw has also handed a break to his Bees players who don’t have a fixture until they visit rock-bottom Waterloo on Saturday week.
“This weekend off comes at a good time for us,” Earnshaw said.
“We have a few players who can do some proper weights and rehab on things they’ve carried for a few weeks. You can’t really tend to those things with the intensity of games we have had.
“We’ve got some big games coming up in December so a break now will send us into those with a spring in our step.”
That will stand Bees in good stead when they welcome Tynedale to Sharmans Cross Road following their trip to Blundellsands before a crucial local derby at Stourbridge just before Christmas.
Bees’ first game of the New Year, by which time Earnshaw will be back, is at home to fourth-placed Cambridge and if results between now and then go according to plan, the Solihull side could effectively knock the visitors out of the promotion running with a victory.
Fly-half Mark Woodrow will also be in Dubai but not as part of the England squad as he had hoped. The former Doncaster man will line up for a charity team, Stefan’s BHF, to raise money for the Heart Foundation.
