Do you want a VIP day out with a home match at CRFC?

Hi all, I am calling upon all supporters to ask for your help! BBC Coventry and Warwickshire are running a project over this summer which would be fantastic for the Club to be involved in. I am trying to get a group of supporters (around 12 people) BY NEXT WEEK. Those taking part will all be hugely appreciated and treated to A VIP DAY OUT on a match day in the new season!

The organiser is quite keen to have a range of ages so suggested a group of 3 families of 4 (preferably no one under 8yrs). The project involves taking part in a number of exciting workshops between mid July and early September and building a sculpture of food representing Coventry (our group will include covering Coventry RFC) on Saturday 5th September.

The first BBC meeting of all volunteer groups will be either 8th of 15th July.

I was informed of the project very late on, meaning the deadline has now passed but they are keen for us to be involved so I am trying to get some volunteers together by next week.

Looks like my team gets a VIP day at The Rugby Club then. The BBC called me and asked me to get a team together. I have done and am looking forward to representing Cov Rugby in this project. It should be great fun. When I know the full details after our first meeting with The Beeb I will let you know and maybe some of you guys can give us some ideas.
This one would have been absolutely perfect for The Supporters Club to get involved with.
