The Halliwell Jones Stadium is one of the most modern Rugby League stadium to be built. It consists of seating and terracing, which in itself is unique for new sporting stadiums. The Halliwell Jones Stadium is a huge hit for Warrington Wolves fans, as the club have announed bumper season ticket sales for the coming season and since the move from Wilderspool average attendances have shot up from 6,000 to 10,500.

The Halliwell Jones Stadium has played host to Super League fixtures for Warrington Wolves since 2004, Challenge Cup Semi-Finals in 2004 and 2007, UEFA Womens European Championship 2005 and National League Grand Finals in 2006. In 2007 Liverpool Reserves FC began to play at the Halliwell Jones Stadium averaging over 6,000 for their fixtures.

Away fans who come to The Halliwell Jones Stadium normally gather in the Lloyds TSB West Stand which can accomodate 3,500 standing spectators. The Halliwell Jones Stadium is NOT a segregated stadium, but away fans are advised to book tickets for other stands in advance due to the amount of season tickets that have been sold. Home supporters are also welcome into the West Stand.

The Halliwell Jones Stadium is  NO-SMOKING STADIUM and this coverers all areas within the stadium including the concourse areas underneath the stands. This enables more comfort and enjoyment for all fans when coming to Warrington Wolves RLFC. Anyone seen breaking this rule may be removed from the stadium.

One thing is for sure, The Halliwell Jones Stadium experience is a must for all supporters of Rugby League.
