With the Sportsground seeing an increase in attendences again last season and this due to the return of many old Connacht favourites to the green jersey. Connacht are due to take on new European opposition this week, and Eddie the Eagle took time out of busy schedule to visit the ICRSC's dedicated pre & post game venue O'Connell's Bar in Eyre Square, Galway.

Eddie the Eagle, Connacht Rugby mascot and friends celebrate the announcement of O'Connells Bar on Eyre Square as the official host venue to the Independent Connacht Rugby Supporters Club (ICRSC) and O'Connells sponsorship of the Connacht Rugby mascot .
