The brand new Leeds Rhinos home kit for the 2008 defending season was revealed earlier this week on both LeedsRugby.com and the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The new-look home shirt is reverting back to a tradition design of predominantly blue with irregular amber bands across the middle of the shirt. Leeds Building Society stay the main sponsors but FPS is no longer the collar sponsor as it has been replaced by the cheap Northern airline, Jet2.com. Tetley's is also no longer to be seen on the new design as it has too been replaced but by Cobbetts LLP.
The kit will be made by ISC who make a large chunk of NRL and Super League shirts. To take a look at the new design you can head onto the official Rhinos site.
Also the brand new training wear for the approaching season will be launched this Saturday whilst the new kit will be available at Headingley Retail at the stadium, the Leeds Rugby Official city-store in Burtons arcade, Headingley Retail online and in all Northern JJB's*.
If any of that failed to make sense to you, here it is in brief:
The shirt is made by that company that sells all the Aussie stuff at the shops and looks like a modern '05 shirt and you'll be able to get it on any matchday.
