The club have agreed to settle the dispute between the Leeds Rhinos and the Bradford Bulls over Iestyn Harris' return to rugby league from union in 2004.
The Bulls have now accepted the fact that when they signed Harris on his return from rugby union, he was actually commited to sign for the Rhinos, and have apoligised to the club for doing so.
The Bradford based club also want to make it clear that the comments made by their chairman, Peter Hood, earlier this year, were not intended to give the impression of which the Leeds Rhinos claims against both Harris and the Bulls were not inspired by anything but the protection of the Rhinos intrests.
To sum the events up, the Rhinos will be taking no further action against the Bradford Bulls although are expecting compensation from the Bulls to cover legal costs. Whilst Bradford say that their comments in January were not intended to make the Rhinos claims look unfair. Both clubs agree that no further comments will be made.
