PLAY OFF SEMI FINAL

St Helens vs Leeds Rhinos, Friday 19th September, 2008

Brian McClennan today named his nineteen man squad to take on the St Helens in the first engage Super League play off semi final, which is scheduled to take place at the GPW Recruitment Stadium (Knowsley Road), this Friday. Whoever wins will be the first team at the Old Trafford Grand Final.

Matt Diskin and Kylie Leuluai make a return to the nineteen man squad this week; they were rested a fortnight ago when the Rhinos turned over the Wildcats in the final regular game of the season. Luke Burgess misses out.

Ryan Hall also makes a welcome return. He was ruled out for the rest of the season when he was carried off in the two sides last meeting in July (broken bone in foot).

For the Saints, it’s Jason Cayless who makes a return. He was sidelined for a month after he had a knee injury. Daniel Anderson also names Leon Pryce, who missed last weeks game due to a hamstring problem.
